Lynne Muyano, PMP, TOGAF

Lynne Muyano has spent two decades in enterprise and program work: twenty-six projects, fourteen of them full-cycle SAP implementations, across the Philippines, Singapore, Vietnam, Indonesia, India and Bangladesh. The industries span energy and utilities, real estate and property development, airports and infrastructure, food and consumer manufacturing, retail and franchising, financial services and semiconductor manufacturing.

Her work now sits at group level: enterprise architecture and program leadership for asset-intensive groups, investment cases built on the Five Case Model and taken through CFO, president and board approval, architecture governance frameworks with standing review boards, and multi-year roadmaps in which every initiative traces from business objective to capability to metric to value. Underneath the advisory work is the delivery record. She has personally shipped the systems she now architects, from blueprint to cutover to hypercare.

She holds the Project Management Professional credential from the Project Management Institute and the TOGAF Enterprise Architecture Practitioner credential from The Open Group, and completed Digital Transformation for Executives at Imperial College Business School. She is a member of the Project Management Institute in the United States and the Philippines, and speaks on enterprise transformation, most recently at The Smart City Convention Philippines 2026.

She is not a technologist by training. She is an industrial engineer, a Department of Science and Technology scholar at Saint Louis University, who came to enterprise systems through capacity planning on a semiconductor factory floor. It shows in how she works: what the business must produce comes first, the system is designed to that, and nothing gets built that cannot be measured.
